PSG through the Title 1 Ryan White funding program provides case management services to individuals who are HIV+ and have a history of Addiction / Abuse of Chemicals and Mood Altering Drugs in their past.  Services are provided to assist consumers to assess their situation and to access appropriate services and resources in the community.
